PRE-ORDER ROUNDS
Products of EXTREME DEMAND
are now assigned ROUNDS.
As items can only be manufactured at a certain rate according to the size of the line, we have added ROUNDS of Pre-Orders/Restock on select items. The current round is displayed on any item affected.
1. All Pre-Orders begin with the designation of Pre-Order.
2. Should extreme demand be noted, a preorder may/will move into designation of ROUND 1. 'Pre-Orders' AND 'ROUND 1 Pre-Orders' are all within the same starting Pre-Order Round.
3. If an item displays [Pre-Order Round 2], this means that ROUND 1 Pre-Orders have sold-out. The item's title will display [Pre-Order Round 2] as confirmation. ROUND 2 Pre-Orders "MAY" fill early, but only AFTER ALL ROUND 1 Pre-Orders have been fulfilled.
4. Pre-Order ROUND 2 is the maximum round an item can have. Should ROUND 2 Pre-Orders SELL-OUT, items will REMAIN SOLD-OUT UNTIL ALL ROUNDS ARE FULFILLED. Once ALL ROUNDS are fulfilled, pre-orders will once again re-open and repeat the process if necessary.
Rounds are simply a means of controlling inventory and order quantities. It is impossible to constantly revise order quantities upward. Rates of production cannot be changed reactively. An item requiring ROUNDS is an indication of EXTREME INTEREST and chances of finding such an item in-stock, anytime in the near future, are slim to none.
By placing a Pre-Order, you are directing our system to order a minimum quantity equal to your order quantity which locks in your pre-order pricing. Should future pricing adjustments be made, i.e... B.A. Toys offers a lower price due to new ordering tier discounts, your pre-order price will be adjusted lower and automatically refunded. Should future price INCREASES occur, your pricing WILL NOT be affected except in circumstances of manufacturer pricing errors.
MANUFACTURER PRICING ERRORS (RARE/NOT COMMON): In the event of a manufacturer initial offering pricing ERROR, in which the manufacturer offered the item at an erroneously low price, you will be given the OPTION to keep the pre-order at the NEW higher price, or cancel your order without penalty and receive a full refund. This is NOT common and rarely affects pricing for a couple dollars. This is usually the result of a manufacturer listing an offering at, for example, $37 when they meant $137.
Subscribing to a BACK-IN-STOCK NOTIFICATION does NOT obligate you to purchase! This worry-free way of ordering ensures product will be allocated and shipped to you immediately upon receiving our shipment from the manufacturer.
